Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 Cancellations made 10 days prior to the scheduled pet sitting service will be eligible for a full refund.

 Cancellations made within less than 10 days of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total scheduled service.

Cancellation by Caesar’s Pawlace Pets 

In the unlikely event that Caesar’s Pawlace Pets  needs to cancel a scheduled service, a full refund will be provided to the pet owner

No-Show

If the pet owner fails to drop off their pet on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Early Return

   A refund will not be issued for early returns. 

Emergency Situations

 In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that prevent Caear’s Pawlace Pets from fulfilling the service, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the situation.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation or request for a refund.
